Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using CYRIS Space, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Platform access
CYRIS Space is currently in invite-only access. Access may be revoked at any time for violation of these terms, misuse of any workspace, or at the operator's discretion.
3. Permitted use
You may use CYRIS Space only for lawful purposes. You must not use the platform to generate, distribute, or store illegal content; violate any applicable law or regulation; or interfere with the platform's operation or other users' access.
4. Cybersecurity workspace
The Cyber Security (CYRIS Shield) workspace must only be used on systems, networks, and environments that you own or are explicitly authorized to assess. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. See our Cybersecurity Policy.
5. Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Report any unauthorized access immediately.
6. AI outputs
AI-generated outputs are provided for informational and planning purposes only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and acting on any AI output. CYRIS Space does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content.
7. Intellectual property
CYRIS Space and its original content are the property of Lienskill Limited. You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Lienskill Limited a limited licence to process it for the purpose of providing the service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lienskill Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lienskill Limited is registered. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
