Lienskill Limited ("we", "us", "our") operates CYRIS Space. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you use the platform.

- Account data: email address, display name, phone number (if provided), and date of birth.
- Usage data: message content, thread history, project data, and workspace activity.
- Technical data: IP address, browser user agent, session tokens, and access timestamps.
- Billing data: subscription status, plan details, and payment identifiers (we do not store card numbers).
3. How we use your data
- To provide, maintain, and improve the CYRIS Space platform.
- To authenticate your identity and maintain session security.
- To enforce our terms of service and acceptable use policies.
- To communicate with you about your account and the platform.
- To analyze usage patterns for platform improvement (aggregated and anonymized where possible).
4. Model training
Your conversation data is not used to train AI models by default. You can review and manage your data controls in Settings → Security. Opt-in controls are presented transparently in the governance audit trail.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors, cloud infrastructure) solely to deliver the service, subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

Account data is retained for the duration of your account. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting privacy@lienskill.com.
